When will my order ship?
In-stock items are usually shipped within twenty-four hours.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery varries based on the recipient distance from South Carolina. East Coast destinations usually arrive within five days while the West Coast will take several days longer. Expedited shipping is available by selecting your preference during checkout.
Can I get my items more quickly?
To guarantee express delivery by a specific day, orders must be placed by noon. Shipping upgrades require the recipient's daytime phone number and a street address. We cannot ship expedited orders to P.O. boxes.
How are shipping and handling charges determined?
For standard delivery shipping costs are based on the order total shipped to a single address. Expedited orders will be based on the carrier charges.
How will my order be shipped?
In order for you to receive your East Winds package as quickly as possible, we select the fastest, most efficient carrier available in your area.
How are shipping and handling charges applied to multiple addresses?
Delivery charges are per address. If an order is shipped in multiple packages or a back-ordered item is shipped at a later date, there are no additional shipping charges.
Please note:
- A signature is required for all orders over $750.00.
- There may be an additional charge for shipping large or bulky items. The product page indicates "special shipping and handling may apply" to such items.
Shipping Rates Standard Delivery
Delivery within 7-10 days (M-F) for all in stock items. Delivery charges are per address.
- Orders up to $25 = $6.95 shipping
- Orders $25.01 to $50 = $8.95 shipping
- Orders $50.01 to $75 = $10.95 shipping
- Orders $75.01 to $100 = $12.95 shipping
- Orders $100.01 to $150 = $14.95 shipping
- Orders $150.01 to $200 = $16.95 shipping
- Orders $200.01 to $300 = $18.95 shipping
- Orders Over $300.00 = $20.95 shipping
Refunds & Returns
Satisfaction: We want you to be pleased with your purchase. If you receive a defective or broken item, please contact us immediately. We will replace broken or defective items within 30 days of purchase, and do everything we can to make it "hassle-free."
Warranty: We extend no guarantee beyond that supplied by the manufacturers, and imply no warranty as to the merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of any item. The liability of EastWindsOnline.com is limited to the purchase price at the time of shipment.
Damage Claims: If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact us the day you receive it, so that we can contact the carrier within 48 hours. Contact us for instructions.
Cancellations: If you decide to cancell your transaction prior to shipment there will be a 6% merchandising fee assesed of the total refund amount. You will receive a EastWindsOnline.com Gift Certificate on any "Pre-Order" or Back Order cancellation.
Merchandise Return Instructions
Contact us for a return authorization number, return shipping address, and instructions. Tell us then whether you want the product replaced or exchanged, purchase price refunded, or receive an EastWindsOnline.com Gift Certificate.
